Niche Funnels

Build a coaching funnel that captures leads

A funnel is not a complicated map of pages. It is one route for one kind of person: they arrive from somewhere, read one page, answer a few questions, and hear from you the same day. Keep it narrow and you can build and test it in a week.

Choose the niche before the page

Write one sentence: we help a specific person achieve a specific change. If you cannot fill both brackets, the funnel cannot either, and you will end up writing a page that talks to everyone and lands with nobody.

Specific beats broad everywhere: one audience, one promise, one offer. The narrow version is easier to write, because you already know what this person says, fears and searches for. Choose the audience you would happily serve fifty times over, then build the page for that person alone. You can widen later with a second funnel.

Design the funnel as four steps

One page with a clear promise and one action. A short set of questions that qualifies while they capture, so you learn what they need before you speak. A thank-you page that says exactly what happens next. Then a follow-up that goes out the same day. That is the whole structure.

Anything you add before those four steps are working is a distraction dressed up as polish. Keep the questions few as well: four or five good ones beat twelve that get abandoned halfway, and every answer lands on a record you can act on.

Write questions worth answering

Each question should do a job: tell you their situation, their goal, what they have tried, and how ready they are to start. Make them specific enough that the answer is useful, and easy enough that finishing takes a minute. Phrase them as you would ask them in conversation.

The answers become the first line of your follow-up, and the prospect has already done the talking before your call. Watch where people drop off, because if many stop at one question, that question is too long or too personal.

Close the loop into your pipeline

Every entry should become a lead you can see, with the answers attached and a next action waiting, rather than a row in a spreadsheet nobody opens. When the first version works, try one change at a time so you know which change did it.

In QwikSol, you start from a niche funnel template, add qualifying quiz questions, and publish the funnel as a landing page with your branding. Each answer creates a lead record automatically, so follow-up can start while the page is still fresh in their mind. Build the funnel first, then let the pipeline catch what it produces.

Key takeaways
  • Pick one person and one promise before you touch a page.
  • Four steps: page, questions, thank-you, same-day follow-up.
  • Turn every entry into a lead record with a next action.
